We are an established and progressive organization seeking real estate professionals with a desire to grow with us. CA Real Estate License is required. Minimum of 3 years real estate sales and prior sales management experience preferred. Excellent business, mentoring and marketing skills required. MAJOR GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.                 Training & Development: Branch Managers need to provide unparalleled coaching, training, business planning and technical brokerage guidance. They need to be available to their sales team and foster an environment which exemplifies the Company’s mission statement – “fun, fair and profitable.”

B          Recruiting: A major focus of the Company’s business plan centers on intense recruiting of both new and experienced agents to the Company.

C.        Transaction Management: Direct overview of all office transactions to ensure all transaction files are accurate, timely and complete.

D.        Branch Leadership: The Company strongly believes that it is imperative that Branch Managers exhibit strong leadership qualities. Prior sales management and a demonstrated ability to lead (in any field) are a must.
