Principles of Real Estate
Once you decide to pursue a career in Real Estate you must take three courses before you can take your Real Estate Licensing Exam. The courses required are as follows: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one additional course of your choice (We offer 8 of these courses to choose from in conjunction with Anthony’s school of Real Estate), please call for classes. All of these classes are home study based courses where you take your exam online when you are ready. We also offer the Real Estate Principles class in two ways:

State Exam & Licensing
To get your Real Estate license you will need to take three courses: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one additional course before you can take your Licensing Exam. The Select School of Real Estate does offer these courses!! After you pass an examination conducted by the Department of Real Estate for the State of California, you must apply for your license. This application for your license includes getting a complete background check conducted by the Department of Justice as well as additional fees.
