Online Testing Instructions

  1. Be sure to block call waiting
  2. You can only log into the test one time
  3. Be sure to have 2 1/2 hours available before you Begin Test
  4. Do not hit the back button when testing as it may erase some of your answers
  5. If for some reason you get bumped off
    • you may have to take the test over again
    • try to log in and see if it will let you in
    • otherwise, call Customer Service at 800 782-1121 or 916-536-4130
    • we will have to set you up to take the test again
  6. When the test is complete, please print the result page

Once you have completed the test, an email will be sent to our school and we will mail your certificates along with the application for the state exam.
